No pegging, staking, spiking of structures allowed on grass or trees or any Park structure and property.
No distribution of stickers and helium balloons allowed.
Inflatables, jumping castles, rides, or similar 'amusement structures' are not permitted at any time in South Bank Parklands except with written approval from City Parklands.
Brands must be approved by South Bank Corporation and must not conflict with any of their sponsors and partners.
Animals other than leashed dogs are prohibited.
Any open fire including but not limited to candles, firepits, and sparklers is not permitted. It is prohibited to alter, move, attach to or remove from the Parkland any fixture, fitting, or furnishing.
Taking of any collection or conduct any betting or other game, sweepstake, lottery, or organised sport is not permitted.
Activities supporting or encouraging any political party, activism, movement or message require the Council’s written consent is first obtained.
The use, allow the use of, or promotion, sale, or distribution of any tobacco products is prohibited.
The use of any confetti, rice, rose petals (natural or synthetic), streamers, or similar materials in the Parkland is not permitted.
