The minimum space booking period is 1 day.
The weekend for this space is from Saturday to Sunday. To activate on a weekend you must book at least 1 of these days.
A speed limit of 5 kph (equivalent to walking pace) applies, with the use of hazard lights and guidance from two marshals, on all venues.
All infrastructure must maintain a setback of 2 meters from public footpaths and trees.
Infrastructure cannot be affixed to trees or fencing.
On ship days, bump access is limited to the period outside 4 AM to 6 PM only.
Bookings on non-ship days are preferred.
Vehicle access restrictions (with potential views impeded) are in place when a ship is in port.
All activations must maintain at least 7m egress from the coffee and ice cream mobile traders
Promotion of any products that may compete with existing mobile traders is subject to approval of stakeholders.
Operational Costs (Venue Manager, Security, Cleaning and Waste Services, etc) and Refundable Bond will apply to every booking.
All activity and staff must take place within the designated site only.
Pedestrian access must be upheld on all pathways.
Only the equipment listed in the approved activity permit can be set up on the day.
All modular and freestanding items must be appropriately weighted.
Unless otherwise specified by the venue management, City of Sydney guidelines on amplification, when approved by the venue, will be in effect.
