Pull-up banners, trestle tables and tablecloths are not permitted.
The installation should be designed to look good from multiple angles.
The installation must be manned at all times and operational during centre’s core opening hours.
Staff must remain within the allocated area and behave professionally.
All staff must wear branded clothing and a visible name badge.
Vehicles must be pushed onto site under the supervision of a banksman.
Fuel tanks must contain the minimum necessary fuel and be sealed with a lockable cap.
A drip tray must be provided to prevent oil spillage.
Electric Vehicles must not be charged on site.
Electric Vehicles must be placed into showroom mode.
Flyers and leaflets cannot be distributed.
