Observation Point

The minimum space booking period is 1 day.

The weekend for this space is from Saturday to Sunday. To activate on a weekend you must book at least 1 of these days.

No Smoking/Vaping Brands are permitted.

Deliveries vehicles must operate on a ‘drop and go’ policy.

Dependent on venue, event and event duration, damage deposits are charged between £350 and £1,000

Events with alcohol (sold or served) must provide appropriate no. of Personal Licence Holders on site at all times

Vehicles are not allowed onto the grass areas of the general site [including turning and delivery] unless pre agreed by the VS as part of the RAMS

Setup-derig can only occur at set times on booked days only, see Specifics of Hire below

Any event activity involving balls [or similar] being propelled [thrown, hit or kicked] must be contained or surrounded by netting to prevent any objects straying into the pedestrian walkways or River Thames. Please also notify the PLA.

Security is mandatory during live hours for alcohol activations.

All cables must be covered with BDA low profile wheelchair cable ramps.

All activities across the venues are required to have a Venue Supervisor at £35+VAT per hour, min 5 hours each for setup & derig
