Rules of space
- The minimum space booking period is 1 day.
- The weekend for this space is from Saturday to Sunday. To activate on a weekend you must book at least 1 of these days.
- No Smoking/Vaping Brands are permitted.
- Deliveries vehicles must operate on a ‘drop and go’ policy.
- Dependent on venue, event and event duration, damage deposits are charged between £350 and £1,000
- Events with alcohol (sold or served) must provide appropriate no. of Personal Licence Holders on site at all times
- All cables must be covered with BDA low profile wheelchair cable ramps.
- Vehicles are not allowed onto the grass areas of the general site [including turning and delivery] unless pre agreed by the VS as part of the RAMS
- All activities across the venues are required to have a Venue Supervisor at £35+VAT per hour, min 5 hours each for setup & derig
- Additional Cleaning and Security costs apply, details upon application
- Setup-derig can only occur at set times on booked days only, see Specifics of Hire below
- Any event activity involving balls [or similar] being propelled [thrown, hit or kicked] must be contained or surrounded by netting to prevent any objects straying into the pedestrian walkways or River Thames. Please also notify the PLA.
- Security is mandatory during live hours for alcohol activations.
