- The minimum space booking period is 1 day.
- The weekend for this space is from Saturday to Sunday. To activate on a weekend you must book at least 1 of these days.
- All activity and staff must take place within the designated site only
- No cover. Can BYO weighted marquee
- Must consult with PMNSW before any vehicle movements on timber decking areas due to weight loading restrictions.
- Must maintain at least 1.5m set back off Druitt Street steps, hoarding, and furniture.
- Access restricted to 6am – 10pm.
- No pegs can be used on grassed areas
- Infrastructure cannot be attached to trees or fencing.
- Pedestrian access must be maintained on all paths.
- Staff fees (4 hrs BI, 4hrs BO) included in rate. If bump hours change, the rate also changes. Loadings apply on weekends and Public Holidays. Other operational costs as well as bond may apply.
