The minimum space booking period is 1 day.
The weekend for this space is from Friday to Sunday. To activate on a weekend you must book at least 1 of these days.
A minimum of 3 m egress must be kept between any activation and tenancy lines, including outdoor seating areas.
Vehicle movements restricted to non-trading hours only.
Vehicles requiring access to site must be 2.8m high or lower.
Engineering certificate is required for any installations. All installations must be rated for windy conditions up to 85 kph.
Non-refundable 10% deposit with signed license are required to secure dates and site.
The Square has a strict weight limit of 500kg/sqm.
The City of Sydney has strict noise restrictions between 10 pm and 6 am – no noisy machinery is permitted during these times.
Activities that are not outlined in the licence agreement will not be allowed prior to receiving Centre Management approval.
