A 3M x3M x 3M outside space close to the feasting tent, street food stalls and exhibitor marquees, with views to the stage. In this vibrant captive area, be prepared for extremely busy pop-up activity as crowds pass by, visit adjacent stalls, and engage with everything being promoted. Large enough for a marquee, here you can expect footfall from all directions, so displays are best designed for all-around access for brand ambassadors to most effectively.

The minimum space booking period is 2 days.
The weekend for this space is from Friday to Sunday. To activate on a weekend you must book at least 3 of these days.
Please ensure your stand is cleared by 10pm on Sunday 17th July
Hi-visibility clothing must be worn by all exhibitors/staff/crew during build/breakdown
Last arrival on site on Thursday 14th July for build: 17.00. Site closes at 18.00.
Security will greet you on arrival, give your details and then wait to be shown your site.
Cooking with gas not allowed
you must inform us in advance if you have couriers delivering stock/equipment for you.
If your stand involves cooking then you are responsible for ensuring that there is a safe distance between customers and heat sources/hot surfaces.
All gas and electrical equipment must hold relevant and up-to-date Gas Safety or PAT certificates.
