Half Day Roaming is 4 hours; Full Day Roaming is up to 8 hours within centre trading hours.
Roaming Permit allows up to 4 promo staff and 4 mobile sampling bins per session.
Staff must stay mobile, no stationary setups allowed.
Roaming staff can’t enter shops, stand on escalators, travelators, lifts, or food courts.
Staff must not approach customers entering/leaving competitor stores.
Staff must not use shopping trolleys for stock transport.
Roaming Staff must be suitably attired.
Costumes are subject to Centre approval.
Roaming Staff can only approach each customer once.
Roaming not allowed in Westfield Sydney, only Sydney Central Plaza.
No roaming in Fashion Precincts
No mascots in premium centres: Bondi, Syd Central Plaza, Doncaster, Carindale, Miranda.
Roaming in Nov-Dec requires approval.
Nov-Dec roaming will incur seasonal loading fees.
Stock can be replenished from your bump vehicle parked in the carpark.
Stock may be replenished via the centre’s loading dock, if approved by the dock master.
Loading dock use depends on dock master approval on the day.
Roaming promotions are one-day events with NO fixed site in the centre.
Brand and product samples are subject to Centre's approval.
Roaming staff must report to Concierge on arrival; security will be notified.
Roaming staff must carry their permit while in the mall; security may check.
