This circular external space, near The Town Centre Link Bridge, enjoys high footfall and extended dwell times due to its seating area. Strategically positioned outside the main entrance of M&S and near the prominent H&M department store, it provides easy access to multiple floors via escalators. The wider thoroughfare ensures excellent visibility from all angles, with ample natural light flowing in through the glass roof. Notably, it is the only site at the Mall capable of accommodating a double-decker bus, making it an ideal location for sampling, car displays, and seasonal activations.

The minimum space booking period is 1 day.
The weekend for this space is from Friday to Sunday. To activate on a weekend you must book at least 3 of these days.
All brand activations must run for the full centre operating hours: 10.00 AM – 9.00 PM (Mon-Sat) and 12.00 PM – 6.00 PM (Sun)
Restrictions in place regarding noisy works due to nearby Holiday Inn
Max vehicle size to deliver to site: 7.5tonnes
20% Seasonal increase May-September & 25% Seasonal increase October-December.
Vehicles must be purged of all fuel before accessing the centre. Documentation will be required.
Gambling promotions are not permitted
Age restrictive products and content will be subject to approval on a case by case basis
