The minimum space booking period is 1 day.

The weekend for this space is from Saturday to Sunday. To activate on a weekend you must book at least 1 of these days.

Westfield Arkadia are closed on Sundays, only 5 Sundays with a year they are open. Please ask for more information.

Weekend bookings include the Friday and Saturday and not the Sunday

This space requires 10 working days lead time for activity

No pull up banners, trestle tables, teardrop flags or helium balloons are allowed.

Activations must be mannered throughout Center opening hours

All rates are net price and do not include staffing, production of the stand, security, cleaning.

All stand material must be made of qualitative materials and must be fire rated BS class 0 or 1 or EU equivalent.

A site visit is mandatory prior to activation to agree stand build, orientation, exact location on the site and installation access.

A minimum of 100,000 PLN Public Liability Insurance and Employers Liability Insurance is required for all activities on site.

A client must complete the Check-out Form document with an attachment (project of a promotional stand) and submit it.

Lease Agreement and payment need to be finalised before Brand Experience Event takes place in Theatrum.

Sundays only Restaurants and Entertainment (Cinema City and Fikołki playroom) is open in the centre.
