- The weekend for this space is from Saturday to Sunday. To activate on a weekend you must book at least 1 of these days.
- Street Trading license fees: £177 per stadium event day and £3 per msq on non stadium event days
- No Smoking or Vaping Brands Permitted.
- Noise sensitive area due to proximity to Marathon House.
- Use subject to WNSL approval on stadium event days.
- No shopping centre, private renting schemes, residential agents, Food and Beverage venues brands are permitted.

- Any bookings through the portal are not confirmed and will require additional approval by Wembley Park stakeholders
- All stadium event day use is subject to brand and activity being approved by Wembley Stadium and Quintain
- Any requests for plot use on a stadium event day will need to be submitted a minimum of 14 working days prior to the event day.
