- The minimum space booking period is 1 day.
- The weekend for this space is from Friday to Sunday. To activate on a weekend you must book at least 1 of these days.
- The fee for the highways license is £50 per day.
- The free printed matter permit is £127 for a single application & £273 for each permit per year, this permit is only needed if you will be distributing leaflets.
- There is a fee of £245 + VAT for the power connection, there will also be an additional cost for usage of power, calculated post-event.
- All Alcoholic activations and sampling is prohibited on this site.
- Electricity consumption is 19.5p per kilowat hour (metered)
- Depending on the activity additional charges may apply for waste management and vehicle permits if staying on site.
- Displaying mobile advertising, distributing free matter or asking for donations requires a Public Spaces Protection Order
