Cranes are not permitted on Trafalgar square unless they have sufficient trackway underneath them. This would require the square to be closed off to the public with suitable barriers and stewards in place.
Electric vehicles are considered on a case by case bases.
They do not permit any promotions of tobacco or petrol/diesel vehicles on any of their sites.
