- The minimum space booking period is 7 days.
- Approved turf protection must be used for all vehicle movements on grassed areas.
- No vehicle movements are allowed on timber decking areas without consultation with the venue.
- Pegs cannot be used on grassed areas.
- Bump in 7 days from 7th October. Bump 3 days by 23rd October.

- SXSW Sydney reserves the right to determine exact/final location of activations based on concept and site optimisation, taking into account partner preference where possible.
