Rules
The minimum space booking period is 1 day.
The weekend for this space is from Saturday to Sunday. To activate on a weekend you must book at least 1 of these days.
Additional service costs, including but not limited to, power, security, cleaning, marketing package support etc. may incur an additional fee
Vaping brands are permitted.
A site recce is recommended before booking a site space at Spinningfields.
Alcohol sampling is allowed, all UK alcohol licensing guidelines regarding size of samples to be followed.
Alcohol sale by retail is allowed, all site specific and UK alcohol licensing rules must be adhered.
For all alcohol related activations a brand ambassador or staff member onsite must be in possession of PAL.
Site specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements must be provided by the brand or agency for every activation.
Any alcohol based activations must employ Spinningfields dedicated security provider.
TENS license is required for retail of alcohol
