Roaming promotions are one-day activations with no fixed site.
Products/samples must be approved by Centre Management.
Staff must be suitably attired; costumes require approval.
Staff can make only one approach per customer.
Staff must remain mobile — no stationary setups allowed.
Shopping trolleys cannot be used for stock transport.
Staff must not impede access to escalators, travelators, lifts, or food courts.
Stock replenishment can be via carpark vehicle or loading dock (with approval).
Seasonal roaming (Nov–Dec) requires approval and may incur loading fees.
Roaming permits allow up to 2 staff only
Sample limits: Food ≤80g, liquids ≤30ml.
Staff must report to Centre Management on arrival
Staff must wear business ID
Roaming locations must be approved at time of booking.
Staff must provide their own storage containers.
Boxes/packaging must be disposed of in bins (with dock access if needed).
Behavioural standards are strict: no calling out, intimidation, or harassment. Licence maybe revoked
