This is long, narrow 30M x 4M x6M space essentially occupies the whole length of the wooden jetty, which is itself a crowd puller for its uninterrupted views along the Thames. It has been frequently used for F&B installations and is an extremely high-visibility space viewable along the promenade from Waterloo Bridge to Blackfriars Bridge. Great for smaller displays, a multi-pop-up market, photo shoots and fashion, with its iconic cityscape backdrop. People relaxing in the adjacent green spaces will be fascinated and curious.

The weekend for this space is from Saturday to Sunday. To activate on a weekend you must book at least 1 of these days.
Setup-derig can only occur at set times on booked days only, see Specifics of Hire below

Events with alcohol (sold or served) must provide appropriate number of Personal Licence Holders on site at all times
No Smoking/Vaping Brands are permitted.
Dependent on venue, event and event duration, damage deposits are charged between £350 and £1,000
Ball games - any event activity involving balls [or similar] being propelled [thrown, hit or kicked] must be contained or surrounded by netting to prevent any objects straying into the pedestrian walkways or River Thames. Please also notify the PLA.
All activities across the venues are required to have a Venue Supervisor at £35+VAT per hour, min 5 hours each for setup & derig
