The minimum space booking period is 1 day.
The weekend for this space is from Saturday to Sunday. To activate on a weekend you must book at least 1 of these days.
Sampling must only be a small component of a larger experiential activation.
Products to be distributed must be sample size. If the products are sold at by a local tenant, council may require you to source products to be sampled from said tenant.
Food sampling must have Temporary Food Premises registration and permit number.
Any branded structure is only allowed to bear branding up to 15-20% of the overall surface. The branding limit also applies to screen content.
Pitt Street Mall vehicle entry is through Market Street and exit through to the other end of the mall on King Street.
You must collect the bollards key from the City of Sydney concierge during business hours before your activation
All activations must adhere to the Council’s Waste Policy. No flyers, balloons, and single-use plastic allowed.

Only open to activations of tenants or those that are endorsed by tenants of Pitt St Mall. Includes 3ph power. Other op fees apply: vehicle access, overnight fee, bollards removal, etc.
No display vehicles allowed on any council land.
Council will want to see drawings and dimensions of proposed screen structure as well as the proposed designs/artwork of the screen wrap and video content before finalising and going into production.
Only activations of (or endorsed by) Mall tenants are allowed on Pitt St Mall. Endorsement letter required during permit processing.
