- The weekend for this space is from Friday to Sunday. To activate on a weekend you must book at least 3 of these days.
- Outernet London is non-smoking throughout, including areas within the immediate vicinity of access / egress points.
- Where trucks might be required to perform unusual manoeuvres, please ensure you place a banksman
- Please ensure that any trollies or carts used to transport equipment to your event space have rubber wheels to prevent damage to floors.
- For all public area event activations, especially truck loading/unloading, 'Chapter 8' barriers must be used to cordon off the area beforehand to ensure public safety.
- Hi-Viz jackets / vests and steel toecap footwear must be worn at ALL times whilst contractors are working in any area, public or private. Hard hats and gloves must also be work if identified by risk assessment control measures.
