The minimum space booking period is 1 day.
The weekend for this space is from Saturday to Sunday. To activate on a weekend you must book at least 1 of these days.
All activity and staff must take place within the designated site only.
All activations must adhere to the Council’s Waste Policy.
No flyers, balloons, and single-use plastic allowed.
Amplification of music is allowed only between 12 PM and 2 PM.
To avoid the need to undergo DA: all branded structure must be 2.4m H or lower; UNbranded structure 6m H or lower; screens to be 4m x 3m or smaller.
Any branded structure is only allowed to bear branding up to 15-20% of the overall surface. The branding limit also applies to screen content.
Council will want to see drawings and dimensions of set and/or screen structure as well as the proposed designs/artwork of the screen wrap and video content before finalising and going into production.
Sampling must only be a small component of a larger experiential activation.
Products to be distributed must be sample size. If the products are sold at by a local tenant, council may require you to source products to be sampled from said tenant.
Food sampling must have Temporary Food Premises registration and permit number.
Bump activities requiring vehicle access to sites within 100m of traffic lights and bus lanes must have a Traffic Control Plan.
No display vehicles allowed on any council land.
