- The weekend for this space is from Saturday to Sunday. To activate on a weekend you must book at least 2 of these days.
- Additional operational costs may apply.

- Branded vehicle different will incur a different or additional rate. Max 2 people on the space.
- All activations must adhere to the Council’s Waste Policy. No flyers, balloons, and single-use plastic allowed.
- A-frames or sandwich board advertising structure and free standing umbrellas or any similar lightweight shade structures are not allowed on the mall.
- No access on Thursdays due to weekly market.
- Use of any machinery, amplification or lighting must be controlled so as not to constitute a nuisance for others.
- Any cabling must be covered or strung so as to facilitate safe and normal traffic.
- Normal vehicular and pedestrian access must not be impeded at any time.
- All Council signs and all directions from Council or Police officers or other authorities must be obeyed.
- Vehicles must be kept legally within car parks or roadways and may not be placed on promenades, paths, or shop fronts at any time.
