- The weekend for this space is from Saturday to Sunday. To activate on a weekend you must book at least 1 of these days.
- Must consider event orientation, lights, noise, and environmental impacts of the public space and adjoining properties (Park Hyatt Hotel, etc)

- All infrastructure must be set back 1.5m from public footpaths and from trees.
- Pedestrian access must be maintained on all paths.
- Large scale events may require hostile vehicle management in coordination with NSW Police and precinct security.
- Must maintain 1.5m set back from promenades, footpaths, and trees.
- Set up and pull down only from 10am to 10pm unless authorised by venue.
- Staff fees (4 hrs BI, 4hrs BO) included in rate. If bump hours change, the rate also changes. Loadings apply on weekends and Public Holidays. Other operational costs as well as bond may apply.
