Description
The Subway offers a private, subterranean experience which follows in the footsteps of 1st class visitors to the original Crystal Palace. The space is suitable for events with up to 300 guests who can enjoy the newly restored vaulted glass ceiling or explore the hidden spaces around the venue's arches and columns.
Crystal Palace Subway is a Grade II* heritage venue, meaning it has certain restrictions. Pointed heeled shoes must use protective covers. There will be maximum noise levels as there are neighbours close to the rear entrance. Red wine is prohibited due to concerns around stains to the newly restored heritage flooring. Nothing can be affixed to the walls or doors of the space. Please note that the Subway does not currently have its own fixed toilet facilities (portaloos/temporary toilets must be hired) or an accessible entrance (via stairs only)
