All activations, branding and experiences must align with the inclusive, family-friendly and community-focused nature of the event.
All sponsor activity is subject to approval by the Costa Del Croydon event team.
Sponsors are responsible for supplying all staffing, equipment and operational requirements for their activation unless otherwise agreed.
Branding, sampling and experiential activity must remain within allocated activation spaces and approved operating times.
No activity may obstruct visitor flow, emergency access routes or neighbouring activations.
Sponsors must hold appropriate public liability insurance and provide documentation upon request.
The event organisers reserve the right to amend layouts, schedules or operational requirements where necessary.
Costa Del Croydon is an inclusive event environment and reserves the right to refuse partnerships that conflict with the event’s values, audience or reputation.
Sponsorship opportunities are offered on a limited and category-exclusive basis where agreed.
