- The weekend for this space is from Saturday to Sunday. To activate on a weekend you must book at least 2 of these days.
- The Chatswood CBD area is in an open pedestrian space shared by the public.
- No vehicles are permitted in the Chatswood Mall area without the approval of a WCC officer with the exception of authorised weekly vehicles engaged in maintenance, emergency or business supply.
- Upon completion of activity, the Hirer will ensure that the area is left in a safe and secure condition.
- Limited sites available on Thursdays and Fridays due to markets.
- Parking is not provided for hirers.
- Permit holders must not interfere with pedestrians, traffic or cause obstruction to trader, delivery or emergency vehicles.
- Specific access information will be sent to the hirer that relates to the location they are booked in.
