- No person shall set up or use any basket, box, stall, stand or standing vehicle without prior permission from an authorised WCC officer.
- No vehicles are permitted in the Chatswood Mall area without the approval of a WCC officer with the exception of authorised weekly vehicles engaged in maintenance, emergency or business supply.
- Specific access information will be sent to the hirer that relates to the location they are booked in.
- Permit holders must not interfere with pedestrians, traffic or cause obstruction to trader, delivery or emergency vehicles.
- Parking is not provided for hirers.
- Upon completion of activity, the Hirer will ensure that the area is left in a safe and secure condition
