This space is positioned on the waterfront by the footbridge across the canal to the ICC and Symphony Hall directly opposite. This is the busiest entrance to the estate and a direct pedestrian route to Birmingham city centre. The minimum space booking period is 1 day.
The weekend for this space is from Saturday to Sunday. To activate on a weekend you must book at least 1 of these days.
Smoking and Vaping promotions are not permitted
We allow alcohol to be served onsite, however permission to serve samples of or sell alcohol must be obtained from the marketing team prior to arrival on-site.
An active Challenge 25 policy must be demonstrated at all times.
Trailing cables should be avoided where possible.
Prior approval must be obtained from the Events Team before distributing flyers or putting up posters around the site as part of the event.
