- The minimum space booking period is 1 day.
- The weekend for this space is from Saturday to Sunday. To activate on a weekend you must book at least 1 of these days.
- All activations must adhere to the Council’s Waste Policy. No flyers, balloons, and single-use plastic allowed.
- Use of any machinery, amplification or lighting must be controlled so as not to constitute a nuisance for others.
- The hirer is required to present permit and receipt to council and beach services representatives upon request.
- Vehicles must be kept legally within car parks or roadways and may not be placed on promenades, paths, beaches or reserves at any time.
- Any cabling must be covered or strung so as to facilitate safe and normal traffic.
- No barbecue or other cooking equipment is permitted.
- Activities may not commence before 7am.
- Activations must be placed on the paved areas only. Use of park or reserve will require a different permit application. Permits do not give exclusive rights to use of any particular area.
