The minimum space booking period is 1 day.
The weekend for this space is from Saturday to Sunday. To activate on a weekend you must book at least 1 of these days.

No driving on the grass area, failure will result in £500 penalty fee
Dependent on venue, event and event duration, damage deposits are charged between £350 and £1,000

All activities across the venues are required to have a Venue Supervisor at £35+VAT per hour, min 5 hours each for setup & derig

Limited vehicle access due to high pedestrian traffic along riverside paths, parks, and gardens. Complimentary 1 vehicle access per booking for set-up/de-rig day via drop-and-go. Extra vehicles: £135+VAT up to 8 hrs, £20+VAT/hr, drop-and-go.
