This external space sits on the west side of Battersea Station Park, the green zone between the original building and the river. This lawned zone is divided into two halves, with the jetty area immediately behind, while the frontal view is dominated by the power station and the entrance piazza. To the west is the Circus West development with offices and residences. This space has a good height allowance for a marquee, market, event, or live performances. This is a high-impact site with 360- degree visibility and vertical viewability from surrounding offices.

The minimum space booking period is 1 day.
The weekend for this space is from Friday to Sunday. To activate on a weekend you must book at least 1 of these days.
Must hold Public Liability Insurance of at least £10 million.
Use of the Battersea Power Station's appointed security provider is mandatory for all activations.
Black ped barrier is compulsory for outdoor builds and not permitted for use inside the BPS.
Use of Chapter 8 barrier or Hazard Tape is strictly not permitted.
Structural calcs to be supplied for all proposed temporary structures.
RAMS are to be presented 10 days before the start of tenancy for approval.
Build and Derig days are charged at 50% off the standard rate.
Nicotine activations are not permitted at this site.
