location:live has delivered some of the most iconic and innovative brand events ever seen. Here's some of the best:

Haribo: Hide and Seekers

In summer last year, Haribo launched a giant inflatable arena for kids and adults to play hide and seek. The activation visited Manchester, Birmingham and London, where visitors could join in on the day or pre-book tickets online. The colourful and vibrant outdoor event encouraged thousands to join in on the classic family fun bringing people of all ages together. An exciting and key campaign for the brand, ensuring the location was perfect for each event was paramount, calling for our team expertise.

The brief requested: three uniquely large natural grassed areas of 30M x 30M, with high natural family footfall, all within a short distance to Haribo stores. Taking on the challenge, our team planned and booked: Heaton Park in Manchester, Cannon Hill Park in Birmingham, and Battersea Park in London. Despite the event coinciding with The Commonwealth Games in Birmingham, understandably dominating the council's time, our team successfully secured all locations, with each event a huge success!

Campo Viejo

Celebrating its brand new pink fizz category, leading Spanish wine brand, Campo Veijo launched two brand activations designed to immerse consumers in the Campo world and teach them about having fun with wine. The experiences offered visitors to taste various wines, whilst enjoying tapas and live acoustic music.

To ensure the events were unforgettable, the brand was in need of unique, unconventional, and memorable spaces- one on the water to create a floating bar experience, and the second on a green space in an urban setting. The installations were large scale and the activation spanned several weeks, requiring the ideal locations to host. Our location gurus were trusted with the challenge, successfully securing Mount Pond, Clapham Common and Millennium Green in Waterloo.

Open Table: London's trending cuisines

In October last year, online restaurant-reservation service Open Table promoted the apps ability for customers to book any cuisine at any restaurant in London. The activation consisted of four zones encompassing the look and feel of different areas of the world, where visitors could enjoy the various different cuisines.

The challenge for this event was not only finding the perfect outdoor locations in London with high footfall for the activation to thrive, but a second location in conjunction with each space that offered kitchen facilities for the food to be prepared and transported quickly. Of course, our team’s experience meant selecting locations that fitted all the requirements was simple: Observation Point in Southbank and Battle Bridge Place in Kings Cross- swarming with the brands target audience and walking distance to two additional locations with kitchen facilities.

Burberry on the Thames

One of our all time favourite campaigns. In 2021 Burberry unveiled its Spring Summer 2021 Olympia Bag by designer Riccardo Tisci, inspired by the strength of today’s femininity and freedom of expression. A giant replica of the new fashion accessory needed a space that would make an impact, resonate in minds, and make a real fashion statement. A brief made for our expert team.

Beginning its journey at the Royal Victoria docks, and passing by several famous landmarks over three days, the giant Olympia bag sailed down London’s iconic River Thames. Needless to say- this unique placement made a splash, ensuring the activation was noticed, talked about, and remembered, generating a huge amount of PR coverage and excitement across the capital city.
