In October 2022, Japanese beauty brand, Shiseido celebrated their 150 year anniversary with their first ever UK pop-up. With the objective to provide an ‘immersive and sensorial brand experience’ for their customers, the pop-up offered various educational workshops, skincare and makeup masterclasses, and influencer talks, including ‘Menopause in Coversation’ with Lisa Snowdon and Dr Naomi. The experience was located on James Street in Covent Garden- the ideal location for the prestigious brand in a buzzing central London location with a high ABC1 demographic.

After successfully sourcing two ideal locations for their first ever UK pop-ups in December last year and February this year, Lounge Underwear trusted our expert global scouting team to source the perfect location for their first pop-up in Berlin! Located in the stunning Alhambra in Berlin, surrounded by several railway stations and multiple bars and restaurants, visitors could purchase the brand’s underwear and other apparel, as well as meet one of the brand’s key German influencers and purchase her range.

To celebrate the launch of its brand new collection ‘Reflexions’, Pandora hosted two exclusive events, incorporating the empowerment of women's self-expression. The first invited influencers and the press, and the second, consumers. Both events introduced and showcased the jewellery, offering: sweet treats, stunning mirrored surroundings for a stylish photo op, and live music from singer and songwriter Mable. The brief required: two ‘cool’ iconic venues to host the various zones, suitable for the high profile artist, guests, and live music, located in London and Manchester, and close to public transport. So our team got to work, securing London's Village Underground and Manchester's Victoria Warehouse, ticking all the boxes.

location:live: thinking outside the campaign box

When it comes to brand activations and events, we know that it’s not always as simple as choosing a space that ticks the footfall and demographic boxes. That’s why we offer our bespoke service, where our expert team is on hand to find you the perfect venue, no matter what the requirements are.

Haribo- Hide and Seekers

In summer last year, Haribo launched a giant inflatable arena for kids and adults to play hide and seek. The activation visited Manchester, Birmingham and London, where visitors could join in on the day or pre-book tickets online. The colourful and vibrant outdoor event encouraged thousands to join in on the classic family fun bringing people of all ages together. An exciting and key campaign for the brand, ensuring the location was perfect for each event was paramount, calling for our team expertise.

The brief requested: three uniquely large natural grassed areas of 30M x 30M, with high natural family footfall, all within a short distance to Haribo stores. Taking on the challenge, our team planned and booked: Heaton Park in Manchester, Cannon Hill Park in Birmingham, and Battersea Park in London. Despite the event coinciding with The Commonwealth Games in Birmingham, understandably dominating the council's time, our team successfully secured all locations, with each event a huge success!

The space needed to encompass a lavish feel, allowing for a generous catwalk and giant sound system, able to hang from above. White City’s Troubadour theatre was the ideal venue to compliment the event and luxury brand, ensuring the event made a real fashion statement.
