No collection or conducting of any betting or other game, sweepstake, lottery, or organized sport.
No damage is caused to the venue, other things, people, wildlife, or plants in Queen Street Mall is permitted.
No activities supporting or encouraging any political party, activism, movement, or message unless Council’s written consent is first obtained is permitted.
Vehicle access can only be allowed between 12am and 7am Mon to Thur and between 2am and 7am Fri to Sun.
Vehicles must secure an access pass from the council to be allowed entry during these times or to be allowed use of Albert Street loading zone (30min only). Drivers name and vehicle registration must be provided to the council.
No distribution of stickers and helium balloons allowed.
Activations and set up must avoid Braille trails and shop fronts under awnings.
Riotous, disorderly, drunken, or improper conduct is prohibited.
