- AV, Cleaning, Marquees (Umbrellas, and similar), Security, Electrical, Plumbing, Rigging, and Catering are all on a preferred supplier basis.
- Food sampling must have Streatrader statement of trade. This type of activation is required to hire cleaning services.
- Operational fees apply. Concept must align with Council cultural programming
- All cables/cords must be securely covered and protected to avoid trip hazards, this includes back of house areas.
- Generators must be pre-approved and must be placed on protective matting to prevent burning of turfed areas.
