The minimum space booking period is 3 days.
The cost indicated here is only an estimate on site hire fee. Other operational fees apply. Contact Location Live for a tailored quote.
All activations must adhere to the Council’s Waste Policy. No flyers, balloons, and single-use plastic allowed.
Sampling is permitted up to 60ml or 100g sample size consumable product giveaways in environmentally friendly packaging. If permission is granted for a giveaway then you will need to remove it from any packaging before bringing it to the venue.
Sampling is limited to 3 hrs per day – block of 3 or 1 hour x 3 sessions across the day.
All modular and free standing items must have appropriate weights. Only the equipment listed in the approved activity permit can be set up on the day.
Activations must be placed on the paved areas only. Use of park or reserve will require a different permit application. Permits do not give exclusive rights to use of any particular area.
It is the applicant's responsibility to identify and obtain any permits required by authorities other than Council.
