What’s the difference between Studio and lo:live?
Lo:live is our digital marketplace for event space, you’ll find 1,500+ spaces with footfall for experiential activations, putting you in direct contact with location providers. The pricing shown is set by the landlord - we make our money through a small commission from the location providers.
Studio is the term for our wonderful humans, curious and passionate location gurus who get weirdly excited about spaces and places. We will take care of you from the initial briefing session (prepare for lots of questions), site visit coordination, negotiation and all the way through to go live.
We will use our internal database (with 2,000+ locations) to find matches for your brief, and if we’re not satisfied then we go to the next level, hitting the streets or desk research as appropriate Either way, you will receive a beautifully presented schedule of options within the agreed timeframe as a starter for ten, before taking you on our Studio journey all the way through to to go live.
How do the fees work on Studio?
Our fees are agreed upfront and depend on the complexity of the brief and the level of service required. They are applied proportionately to the total location costs, which we typically handle and manage throughout the project.
How quickly can you get me some options?
No brief is the same, tell us everything you know, and we will agree a timeline. Simple requests can be turned around in minutes, unique locations and buyouts of spaces will take longer. What is for sure is that with our resources we are able to turn around options quicker than anyone else.
I consider myself quite knowledgeable about locations, why would I pay a premium for you to do it for me?
Do you get paid for location scouting and booking? Most of our clients don’t, and the studio service frees them up to focus on all the wonderful creative things they are so good at.
Locations are our business, we are passionate, and experts in our field. Not only do we have over 2,000 locations in our internal database, but our scouts are constantly scouring the streets, checking out new openings, and ensuring we are at the cutting edge.
