Using data-driven insight and direct feedback from our clients, lo:live has gone through it’s most significant upgrade to date. It’s now even simpler and quicker to search, plan and book the perfect activation space.

With upgrades at every stage of the lo:live user journey, there will be less scrolling, less clicking and faster results, meaning you can find and book your experiential campaign in record time. New features in planning and booking include: an upgraded campaign dashboard, space search from within your campaign, enhanced chat function, improved usability in schedules, and a more direct booking process.

Explore the upgrades to planning and booking below:

1. Campaign dashboard

To make it even simpler to manage all of your spaces, options, and bookings, we have upgraded the dashboard to have a more compact interface with a rich array of additional features. From My Campaigns, You can now: see who has access to each of your campaigns, create a new campaign directly from this view, and edit the campaign metadata in one click.

2. Planning a single campaign

When planning and managing a single campaign, we have made several upgrades to improve your journey:

  • The route from your campaigns into the campaign planner is now much more direct, no longer requiring navigation through the campaign dashboard
  • We have introduced a new search feature, where you can now text search for a space within the campaign you need to manage, so that you are able to find it instantly
  • The most common actions for campaigns, such as: optioning and booking, have now been prioritised on the main campaign planner view. Sub-menus allow you to take the next step with ease
  • Map and calendar views, downloading campaign packs, notification, and chat functions, have all been enhanced, simplified, and are now accessible directly from your single campaign workstation
  • Alert messages, many containing time critical information about your options and bookings, have had improved logic applied and been reworded for clarity

3. Schedules

Our schedules feature allows you to split your campaign into manageable planning blocks, or to model different campaign scenarios, and move spaces between them. This feature has been improved, you can now:

  • Pull spaces into schedules from your favourites effortlessly
  • Move spaces and their activities freely between your schedules 
  • Be confident your action has been successful with confirmation messages

4. Booking

Booking, optioning, and registering interest, are all quicker and simpler than ever before. One form, a few clicks and you’re booked! Booking information and billing details are now more distinct so you can be confident that your booking is secured. Although navigating lo:live on a desktop will provide you with the full benefits of the platform, our mobile offering allows many of the same functionalities, now with faster searches and less waiting!
