The minimum space booking period is 7 days.
No loud music, spruiking, or intrusive behaviour is permitted.
Staff must stay within the display area and hide personal items.
Staff must wear branded uniforms or aprons.
Have at least two staff on-site to cover breaks.
Include an access panel if your flooring covers a power box.
Cover displays after hours with black fabric—no blue tarps allowed.
Operate during the centre’s core trading hours without exception.
Include a branded backing wall and a point of sale counter in your design.
Follow extra guidelines if your activation includes food, alcohol, cars, or cooking.
