If you intend to distribute free printed matter at your event, i.e. flyers, leaflets etc you will need to obtain a Free Printed Matter License

Displaying mobile advertising, distributing free matter or asking for donations requires a Public Spaces Protection Order

Depending on the activity additional charges may apply for waste management and vehicle permits if staying on site.

Electricity consumption is 19.5p per kilowat hour (metered)

All Alcoholic activations and sampling is prohibited on this site.

There is a fee of £245 + VAT for the power connection, there will also be an additional cost for usage of power, calculated post-event.

The free printed matter permit is £127 for a single application & £273 for each permit per year, this permit is only needed if you will be distributing leaflets.
