Refunds are not provided for cancellations on the event day due to acts of nature or bad weather. Weather considerations should be taken into account, and no wet weather alternative arrangements are provided.

Tree pruning and trench digging are not allowed.

All modular and free-standing items must have appropriate weights; pegging is not allowed.

Cancellations and refund requests are accepted in writing, with conditions based on the timing of the request.

For filming during the activation, consent forms and signage must inform the public about video and photo recording.

Food/drink distribution requires a temporary food premises permit via Streatrader.

Selling of food or drinks by wandering vendors is not permitted.

All sets and activities must allow for 1.5 meters of egress for pedestrians and 2.5 meters for emergency access.

Hard copies of the permit must be on-site at all times.

Prohibited items include advertising and promotion of tobacco, alcohol and gambling. As well as the use of single-use plastic (e.g. bags, straws, cutlery, crockery helium balloons and Styrofoam).
