The minimum space booking period is 1 day.

The weekend for this space is from Saturday to Sunday. To activate on a weekend you must book at least 1 of these days.

A site recce is required before booking a site space at Spinningfields.

TENS - not required for sampling & retail consumed on site.

There will be a perimeter around the site space, and sufficient floor protection for alcoholic promotions

A member of staff present at the activation will be in possession of a PAL for alcoholic promotions

As vodka is a spirit, the max. ml per sample that is allowed is 12.5ml, the rest made up as a soft mixer

For alcoholic promotions there be a sign saying ‘no alcohol past this point’ at the entrance / exit of the site space.

A full alcohol management plan will be provided.

Please note that ladders are not permitted on the estate, however a step-up or scaffold tower is allowed.

There will be a door supervisor hired using Spinningfields’ security provider for alcoholic promotions

Alcohol samples can only be consumed in the site space.

TENS - required for activity outside of sampling & retail, approval from site required before TENS application can be submitted

Only 1 alcohol sample will be given to each person.

Additional service costs, including but not limited to, power, security, cleaning, marketing package support etc. may incur an additional fee

Vaping brands are permitted.
