- The use, allow the use of, or promotion, sale, or distribution of any tobacco products is prohibited.
- Inflatables, jumping castles, rides, or similar 'amusement structures' are not permitted at any time in South Bank Parklands except with written approval from City Parklands.
- No pegging, staking, spiking of structures allowed on grass or trees or any Park structure and property.
- No distribution of stickers and helium balloons allowed.
- Brands must be approved by South Bank Corporation and must not conflict with any of their sponsors and partners.
- Animals other than leashed dogs are prohibited.
- Any open fire including but not limited to candles, fire pits, and sparklers is not permitted.
- It is prohibited to alter, move, attach to or remove from the Parkland any fixture, fitting, or furnishing.
- Taking of any collection or conduct any betting or other game, sweepstake, lottery, or organised sport is not permitted.
- Activities supporting or encouraging any political party, activism, movement or message require the Council’s written consent is first obtained.
- The use of any confetti, rice, rose petals (natural or synthetic), streamers, or similar materials in the Parkland is not permitted.
