A 3M x 3M x 3M outside space close to the feasting tent, street food stalls and exhibitor marquees, with views to the stage. In this vibrant captive area, be prepared for extremely busy pop-up activity as crowds pass by, visit adjacent stalls, and engage with everything being promoted. Large enough for a marquee, here you can expect footfall from all directions, so displays are best designed for all-around access for brand ambassadors to engage most effectively.

The minimum space booking period is 3 days.
Site opens for restocking at 08.00 on each event day. Vehicles must be moved to exhibitor parking by 10.00.
We cannot guarantee to provide any additional electrical supplies on site, so make sure you have booked your requirements in advance.
All waste is collated on site and sorted for recycling off site following collection. Please flatten all cardboard and take this to the skips.
Please assume that your vehicle will not be able to drive to your position on the site and bring trolleys/ sack barrows/dolleys
Security will be positioned to greet you on arrival - please give your details and then wait to be shown your site position
you must inform us in advance if you have couriers delivering stock/equipment for you.
If you are supplying your own structure/gazebo to exhibit from then you are responsible for ensuring that it is fit for purpose
All gas and electrical equipment must hold relevant and up-to-date Gas Safety or PAT certificates.
If your stand involves cooking then you are responsible for ensuring that there is a safe distance between the public and heat sources/hot surfaces
