The minimum space booking period is 1 day.

The weekend for this space is from Saturday to Sunday. To activate on a weekend you must book at least 1 of these days.

Any cabling must be covered or strung so as to facilitate safe and normal traffic.

Normal vehicular and pedestrian access must not be impeded at any time.

Use of any machinery, amplification or lighting must be controlled so as not to constitute a nuisance for others.

No barbecue or other cooking equipment is permitted.

Sale, use or free distribution of alcohol is not permitted.

Vehicles must be kept legally within car parks or roadways and may not be placed on promenades, paths, beaches or reserves at any time.

Every care must be taken not to damage Council property.

Activities may not commence before 7am.

All Council signs and all directions from Council or Police officers or other authorities must be obeyed.

The hirer is required to present permit and receipt to council and beach services representatives upon request.

Activations must be placed on the paved areas only. Use of park or reserve will require a different permit application. Permits do not give exclusive rights to use of any particular area.

Please ensure you have hard copies of the permit with you on site at all times.

All staff must read and follow the conditions stated in the approved activity permit as well as the specific guidelines listed in the bump pack.
