Station management can only approve bookings 21 days out from first booking date to prioritise any Station Domination clients.
All staff must sign in at the Station Masters office before commencing any work including bump or offloading of items.
$1000 loading applies to each session/booking if it falls on a major event or a high-traffic day.
Half Day session is considered as 6 hours (inclusive of 4 hours max live) either AM or PM (e.g. 6am - 12pm or 12pm to 6pm). If a 6-hour booking crosses over 12pm, it will be considered a full day booking and full day rates will apply.
