- The minimum space booking period is 1 day.
- The weekend for this space is from Saturday to Sunday. To activate on a weekend you must book at least 1 of these days.
- The cost indicated here is only an estimate on site hire fee. Other operational fees apply. Contact Location Live for a tailored quote.
- Staff fees (4 hrs BI, 4hrs BO) included in rate. If bump hours change, the rate also changes. Loadings apply on weekends and Public Holidays. Other operational costs as well as bond may apply.
- Access restricted to 6am – 10pm.
- Must maintain 1.5m setback from trees and heritage fencing. Must maintain 4m pedestrian and emergency vehicle egress
- All activity and staff must take place within the designated site only
- No vehicle movements permitted on timber decking areas without consultation with the venue.
- Pedestrian access must be maintained on all paths.
- Noise and amplified audio must be assessed on a case by case basis
