- There is no service yard. Lift is available or for ground floor sites, access is available straight onto site.
- All vehicles need to report to the loading bay prior to access.
- Any cables within the display must be firmly taped down.
- Due to the venue’s proximity to Parliament/Buckingham Palace & Central London location, road closures come into effect for certain public events
- Please note that no promotional stand or material can be left in Cardinal Place overnight.
- Centre Management reserve the right to control the volume of any approved audio and visual equipment.
- Please note that displays must not be removed until after the following times: 18.30 – 20.00 Monday-Sunday
- Electrical supply leads, where required are to be provided by the promotion.
- Centre Management does not permit posters, banners or similar to be displayed from any part of the shopping centre without prior permission
