The weekend for this space is from Saturday to Sunday. To activate on a weekend you must book at least 1 of these days.
Smoking and Vaping promotions are not permitted
Prior approval must be obtained from the Events Team before distributing flyers or putting up posters around the site as part of the event.
Fuel may only be stored or transported on-site in suitable containers.
Trailing cables should be avoided where possible
A license is not required for alcohol sampling, but is required if alcohol is to be sold on the day too.
