- The weekend for this space is from Saturday to Sunday. To activate on a weekend you must book at least 1 of these days.
- Smoking and Vaping promotions are not permitted
- We allow alcohol to be served onsite, however permission to serve samples of or sell alcohol must be obtained from the marketing team prior to arrival on-site.
- An active Challenge 25 policy must be demonstrated at all times.
- Trailing cables should be avoided where possible.
- Prior approval must be obtained from the Events Team before distributing flyers or putting up posters around the site as part of the event.
