Rules of space
- The minimum space booking period is 1 day.
- The weekend for this space is from Friday to Sunday. To activate on a weekend you must book at least 1 of these days.
- Activations promoting nicotine products are not permitted.
- If you want to play music (live or recorded) or serve alcohol we ask you to submit a TEN application to Southwark Council.
- There are no public toilets on site. For larger events please consider providing Portaloos or similar. We can make staff toilets available for people working at the event.
- Heras fencing / barriers should not be over 4ft tall and the layout must not block pedestrian access or sight lines to our trading tenants / offices or back of house areas.
- It must be possible to move all installations if an emergency vehicle does need to come onto site.
- We are a “quiet site” after 10pm i.e. events after 10pm should be with in an enclosed arch or unit and guests must be encouraged to leave quietly.
