The minimum space booking period is 1 day.
The weekend for this space is from Friday to Sunday. To activate on a weekend you must book at least 1 of these days.
Activations promoting nicotine products are not permitted.
If you want to play music (live or recorded) or serve alcohol we ask you to submit a TEN application to Southwark Council.
There are no public toilets on site. For larger events please consider providing Portaloos or similar. We can make staff toilets available for people working at the event.
Heras fencing / barriers should not be over 4ft tall and the layout must not block pedestrian access or sight lines to our trading tenants / offices or back of house areas.
It must be possible to move all installations if an emergency vehicle does need to come onto site.
We are a “quiet site” after 10pm i.e. events after 10pm should be with in an enclosed arch or unit and guests must be encouraged to leave quietly.
Alcohol activations are not permitted at this space.
